Recently, while running my fingers through my hair, I realized that I really love my locs.  To anyone reading this post who is at the beginning of your loc journey, hang in there!  Before you know it, you'll fall in love with your splendid tresses too.

Color Me Bad

Hello again,

 As I mentioned before, I'm going to dye my last 2 or three rows of locs to camouflage the lint. I'm choosing a color that's closest to my own. Which formula or brand would you recommend?

Some flair, finally.

Woke up this morning and decided to play with my hair and share the results.  I used a Sharpie to color the "fibers" that are embedded in a few of my locs. I also used a large flexi clip to secure this updo. This clip is beautiful and VERY STURDY.
